notre villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel,au calme de la pinéde,à 150 m de la belle plage de Labenne-océan.Idéale pour y pratiquer toutes les activités liées à la mer,dans une région gastronomique,vivantes par ses férias,ses festivals,ses parcs aquatiques,animaliers,casino,golf.A seulement 800 m du centre et ses commerces,restaurants etc...A 15 mn de Bayonne,Biarritz,30 mn de l'Espagne et ses "ventas"(alcool,parfums,cigarettes) et si proche du pays basque(15 mn)si beau et si vivant(fêtes de Bayonne etc..)
