My condo in Kissimmee is a spacious newly furnished and redecorated condo, located 4.5 miles (7-8 minutes) drive from Disney, in a luxury resort that sits on 50 acres of magnificent landscaping.

As you enter your new home, a large living room, one bedroom, and bathroom, full kitchen, dining room and balcony are welcoming you. The condo is equipped with a large LCD flat screen, cable television,a DVD player and a choice of several films is already there for you. The ambiance, the spacious living space and comfort will let you feel right at home.
The amenities includes two swimming pools (one lagoon style with shallow walk-in), game and exercise room, snack bar near lagoon pool, barbecue area, gazebo, a clubhouse, tiki bar, playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball court, car washing facilities, and common coin laundry.

Area Description
The surrounding area offers activities for all ages with close and easy access, whether you are looking for one of the Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure or Sea World, your are only minutes away of the magic. For older ones there is also the nightlife: Universal Studios City Walk, Downtown Disney, Kissimmee Main Street, and the restaurants and nightclubs of Orlando. And if shopping is your favorite hobby, you will find the Orlando Premium Outlet, Millennium Mall and the Florida Mall, nearby.
Also a big advantage of being our guest is our central location. Several cities on both coastlines are easily accessible. A short 70 miles ride to the east, will bring you to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Station in Cape Canaveral. An even shorter ride to the west, will leave you to explore the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
