Appartement d'un petit 2P à NICE situé sur la célèbre Promenade des Anglais, très bien situé car tout proche aéroport, donnant sur une Avenue passante (véhicules, bus, véhicules de secours...)commerces et transports.
Plage face à l'immeuble mais l'appartement donne derrière sur une Avenue donc pas de vue mer.
Il est tout équipé. 2è étage/7 dans immeuble des années 50, 20' MONACO, 30' ITALIE, mer et montagne de l'arrière pays Niçois.
Echange à toutes périodes de l'année en France et à l'Etranger.
