I wish to swap several properties. May I post several listings?
Once your account has been registered, you can add as many listings as you wish and also add several photos to each offer to illustrate them. By adding several photos to your listing and carefully filling it out, your chances of being contacted and exchanging will be multiplied ten-fold.
May I exchange several times?
Of course! You may exchange as many times as you wish to, either for a week-end or for longer vacation.
I am interested in an exchange listing. How can I get in touch with the owner?
To get in touch with the member, whose listing is interesting you, you just need to register on the site and to post a listing too. Remember that this is exchanging; you also have to offer your property on the site to come to an exchange.
Will my contact details be displayed on the site?

I am a tenant of my home. May I exchange it?
Yes, you may register on the site and exchange your home. Exhanging is not subletting; as a consequence you may lend you home to friends or acquaintances over a short period of time.
I wish to lend or to exchange my home. Is it insured?
Yes, if you have taken out a home insurance and a liability insurance, you can quietly exchange your home. You also can exchange your car. Not imperatively. You may exchange a Provence farmhouse against a Canadian flat or a Californian villa. Exchanging relies more often on a searched place or same availabilities. Remember that exchanging should be a win-win operation!
What shall I do if I cannot exchange my home anymore shortly before the arrival of my guests?
Whatever the hitch you may have, contact your guests and try to come to an agreement with them; remember that your partners surely have made their arrangements already before leaving –purchasing of air-tickets and so on.
